Redness, : Redness, irritation, and a "small white bump near my pupil" suggest a possible infection of the cornea. This is a very serious condition, and it should be evaluated by an ophthalmologist as soon as possible. Over the counter drops are not sufficient for treatment of a corneal ulcer.

the description of a red irritated eye with a corneal lesion can be compatible with a corneal ulcer, corneal foreign body, etc. It is very important to see an ophthalmologist immediately (or be seen at the emergency room).

There : There is no way to be certain. Any white spot on the front of the eye is a corneal ulcer (infection) until proven otherwise. I would try to see an ophthalmologist immediately.
