Not related: Your facial hair (or lack of) has nothing to do with your asthma. However it is often hereditary especially if your father also has little facial hair. If you are healthy otherwise, consider this a blessing since i would love to not have to shave every morning. It also has little to do with your masculinity. It is your fitness (physical and financial) which matters more in sex appeal.

Unclear: Your question is not clear. I do not know what "puberty of asthma" is. Facial hair will be related to how the hair follicles in your face respond to testosterone and dht. Many men with normal testosterone levels have very little facial hair. It would be reasonable to get a testosterone level done.

Facial Hair: Unfortunately you may not be able to have facial hair. It is thought that up to 20% of men do not have hair follicles and cannot grow facial hair.
