You can't: Let nature take its course. Check with blood relatives to find about their progression into puberty. One stop or slow down puberty but speeding it up is not possible.

Still growing?: Some boys continue to grow after high school for a year or so if they started puberty late. However, of this isn't the case, then you may merit an endocrine evaluation to make sure that your development is going normally.
