I'm a 19y male and have suffered from asthma since childhood like my dad. i'm 5'6 and my parents are 5'10 and 5'4. i started puberty late and never had any growth spurt. my tanner stage is 4.3 and i want to grow more. my dad had a spurt around 20s?

If your tanner stage is 4.3 then it is unlikely that you will grow much more. You can ask for a bone age to see if your plates are fused and your growth is complete.

The expected final height from the parental numbers posted is ~5'9.5" . A single x-ray of your wrist/hand can be studied for open growth centers. (bone age study) If some remain open you will grow taller. If all are closed you are done.
