Not likely: you might want to see an ENT or a Neurologist for your symptoms, allergy shots wouldn't cause such

Head & ear pressure: Greetings. With your changes noted when laying down, the body changes its blood distribution throughout the body. With dizziness occurring as well, I agree that an ENT or Neurology evaluation is in order. Good Luck.
