Broken tooth: Please see a dentist as soon as you can. The bleeding gum may be from an infection in the broken tooth. The tooth may be saved if not broken beyond repair. See your dentist soon.

No choice- see DDS: Need to see a dentist to deal with both issues. Could become infected- tooth, gum tissue or both.

See dentist but...: If you have a lot of bleeding that won't easily stop, then moisten (NOT hot water) and place a tea bag (black or orange pekoe tea NOT herbal or green tea) onto the bleeding spot and hold with pressure for 20 minutes. Repeat if necessary. See your dentist for definitive treatment.

See a dentist: Hard to say exactly what treatment you need without an examination and radiograph. Either way, you can't treat it on your own.

What to do!: Obviously the (your) tooth did not break down overnight and the ( your) gum did not just start bleeding all of a sudden, ignoring the ( your) teeth and gums can only lead to one thing: the loss of all teeth. You know the answer, we can not treat it on line, this person needs to go and see the dentist, it is the only way to save the rest of the teeth unless you are asking for a complete denture.

Seek dental care: The broken tooth should probably either be removed or restored. And you probably need a thorough dental cleaning.

Visit your dentist: Red, bleeding and swollen gums can be a sign that you are at risk for, or already have, advanced gum disease. Untreated gingivitis and broken tooth can lead to the tooth loss and other health problems. See your dentist ASAP because the sooner you treat it the better the outcome.
