Abnormal renal tests: You will need to see a nephrologist to have a renal ultrasound and a 24 hour urine collection for a creatinine clearance and protein. And more blood work. If there is some drug toxic to the kidney, ibuprofen, stopping it will help. If you have some obstruction of your urinary outflow tract, relieving it will help as well. Depending on what caused your abnormal tests, you may not be able to improve.
