Few years my mom 72yrs had slightly elevetad urea from time to time. Creatinin was 0.70. 2 years she has bordering A1C 6.1. Now creatinine is 1.18. She has kidney cysts and sand. TSH very high&now very low although treated. Is it the beginig of CKD?
I am nearly 49 yrs. Creatinin level was 0.66mg/dl 1 year ago. Now its 1.06. Urea always ok. GFR is 62. A1C is borderline 5.8. My pressure is under control with medicaments 130/80, althouth its sometimes +/- elevated. Do I have mild/moderate CKD?

My dad has ckd Stage 4 15 GFR, High blood pressure and Diabetes If he maintains his blood pressure level at 130 or below and Diabetes level at 7 or lower, does he have a good chance of surviving....he was diagnosed with ckd 3 years ago and is 75?
