Patient is 72yrs old and has ckd in the past 3 years, begining from 130mmol/l going to 169mmol/l for the past 3 years. now a sudden jump of creatinine from 169mmol/l to 350mmol/l. can it be from ace inhibitor or a diuretic? replace them or?

Elevated creatinine : it is possible it is from dehydration due ot diuretic or from an ACe inhibitor but may also be underlying disease like HTN diabetes, so would first f/u/ w/ MD regarding assessment of health , underlying conditions . f/u/ w/ doc this week
