Normal BUN & Cr: Weight loss may be beneficial depending on your BMI. The numbers due not suggest CKD. Protein in the urine needs to be assessed for as indicated.

Yes: Creatinine normally increases with age. If this change has been over a shorter course than years, it may be that your exercise is resulting in the increased Creatinine, but it is still in normal range. BUN was very good both times. It might be a good idea to have Creatinine checked again in 3-6 months to see if it has stabilized. But no reason for worry at this time.

Creatinine: Normal levels of creatinine in the blood are approximately 0.6 to 1.2 milligrams (mg) per deciliter (dL) in adult males and 0.5 to 1.1 milligrams per deciliter in adult females. As s taed, you are still in the normal range and certainly would not have CKD. Be sure to keep regular appts. with your Dr. to get evaluated and have your renal function monitored. Best wishes.
