Incomplete study: That means it is an incomplete study. There is certain area where your radiologist want to have a better look to make sure that don't miss anything important. Usually either they will need you to get a spot compression or a sonogram.

BIRADS 0: It simple means that the mammographic evaluation is incomplete, because there was a potential abnormality seen on the initial screening views, and additional views are necessary to clarify the situation. It doesn't mean you have cancer, most of the time this turns out to be something benign. But it is possible that there is a real abnormality, so you need to complete the extra views.
