I did a mammogram and was called back severally for a follow-up mamogram. does it mean i have cancer? i am really scared.

Not exactly: It just means they see some irregularity and want to get some compression views. If additional imaging shows an abnormality, an ultrasound may be done. This is a lot more common given digital mammography. We are seeing a lot more detail and a lot of the time it is benign. Hope this helps.
