Unlikely AAA: A 4.0cm AAA has a very low risk of ruputure less then 1.0%/ y - but always a very small posibuility. More then likely a another reason for your discomfort. Symptoms not typical - see your dr and a vascular surgeon -.

Get checked: A 4cm aortic aneurysm is usually not something to worry about, but if you are having symptoms, you need to be checked now. A ct scan will show if there are any problems. See your doctor now.
