Not likely...: It's not uncommon to feel a beating sensation, especially if you are thin. Your age and lack of other conditions that predispose make this less likely. If you continue to have issues then you should get a checkup for this. It will at least make you less worried.

Not likely: Abdominal aortic aneurysms usually have no symptoms or sensation. Sometimes they can be felt through the front abdominal wall. An aneurysm in a 31 y/o without other medical issues would be very unlikely. Talk to your dr and check your pulse and heart rhythm an ultrasound would be the easiest way to elevate your fear and may see something else.
