Depends: If the antibody type is igg, it merely means that you have been exposed to that food and nothing else. If the antibody type is ige and the level is high, your chance of being allergic to that food is increased but not certain. I'd cast doubt on the validity on any test for sugar which is not an allergen. This alone makes me question the quality of the lab.
