If my allergy blood tests detected class 1 for milk and class 2 for wheat and egg and i ate pizza tonight with no reaction, means i'm not allergic?

History most impt: Allergy testing is used as a tool to confirm or eliminate allergens as a cause for allergies. The most common way to test is either on the skin or in the blood. If you have not had an allergic reaction to the foods mentioned above, then you are not allergic. Being reactive on the skin or finding allergic antibodies in blood means little without a history or lack of history to confirm.
