I had a cesarean section a week ago today. i was released from hospital 4 days ago and have had fever of 101 or higher and chills every night since being released. is this normal or should i go back to hospital? incision looks fine, no signs of infection.

NO NOT NORMAL !!!: Call your OB right now, your OB will tell you what to do, if your OB doesn't call back then go to the er and they will check you and get ahold of your ob, you may have an infection of the uterus called endometritis or an infection somewhere else, you need diagnosis and treatment right away tonight !

Not normal: That temperature is concerning. You need to be seen promptly, you may have a serious infection.
