my stomach, my hips, my ovaries (sometimes), and my thighs feel pain during the day. i was jumping before it all started. why is this?

Overdoing it? : The most common cause is strain suffered from overdoing the jumping - doing more than your body can handle. If you suspect an underlying joint, muscle, infection or other problem, especially if it's not improving or is getting worse, then do see a clinician to get it checked.
