Diet AND exercise: Make sure you exercise at least 90 minutes a day, don't skip meals, avoid soda, juice, dairy, alcohol and fried foods. Eat a healthy well balanced diet! also water, organic vegetable broth, green leafy vegetables, natural pickles, apples are great to fill you up so you dont feel hungry and they are very low in calories. Being overweight can increase ur risk of hypertension, diabetes, sleep apnea.

There's no such : Thing as natural spot fat loss. Lose weight in general ; a certain % will be abdominal ; thigh fat. How much? Don't know. Eat healthfully ; be physically active. Calories burned must > calories consumed. To tighten ab's do crunches, reverse crunches, exercise ball crunches, pelvic thrusts, lying leg raises, side bridge ; “bicycling” exercise on your back. Engage in reg aerobic exercise.

More muscle less fat: Even the most toned abdominal muscles will not reveal the abdomen you want if they are buried under a beer gut. Decreasing body fat is a key component of washboard abs. That said, anything that strengthens your core (sit ups, crunches, leg lifts, torsion, etc ) all play a role in building those muscles.

No quick answers.: For flatter abdomen eat healthy ; get physically active. Calories burned > calories consumed. To tighten ab's: crunches, reverse crunches, exercise ball crunches, pelvic thrusts, lying leg raises, side bridge ; “bicycling” exercise on back. Engage in regular aerobic exercise (i.e. Running, swimming, nordic track, bicycling, kickboxing, walking, cross country skiing, hiking, etc.).

If only that easy...: Body sculpting sounds promising (& there are gimmicks & diets that promise you their products can do this), but the only way to effectively spot-reduce is surgery. Lose 1 pound of fat per 3500 calories you drop or work off, but you can't pick where--sorry. You have much to gain from a moderate diet, regular exercise (get a personal trainer who can help you strive toward your goal) & consistency.

No shortcuts: 1-lose weight (if necessary) so that you have very little body fat; 2-do core exercises to build-up your abdominal muscles. Simple formula but hard to master. Good luck!
