Hi docs, would peeing while having an mri done change at all the results?

Probably will: Disappoint the MRI techs, but the issue depends on what was being imaged, and whether you soaked the region with contrast as they were imaging. If the scan didn't work, you will be called back. Usually they have you signal them if there is a problem.
