Stomach and back: There could be many reasons for what you describe. Rather than the er, i would recommend you see someone in regular clinic for full history and examination to figure this out. Checking your abdomen and back closely should point to the right diagnosis. Also depends on what MRI was done - thoracic? Lumbar? And could have abdominal MRI is appropriate.
