One good hard run: Will not be enough to treat anxiety and depression. Regular exercise can help alleviate some of the symptoms of anxiety and depression, but may not resolve it either. Psychotherapy combined with medication has been found to be the most successful treatment. Exercise can reduce the need for medication for some people, but not for everyone.

Please see a Clinical Psychologist with expertise in multiple types of psychotherapy to help. You may need medication managed by a Psychiatrist. You may also need a physical exam to rule out any illness causing these symptoms.
