Muscle weight?: Generally, one of two things may be happening. If you're building muscle, then you can gain weight from the increase in muscle mass. This is generally a healthy weight increase. If you're eating excessively, and not burning enough calories during your workouts, then you may be gaining weight from fat. If that's the case, then you will need to alter you diet to a healthier one.
