Gaining weight: Given that you run 3-5 miles a day it is difficult to understand why you are apparently gaining weight. Please start with a consult Psychologist. She/he will carefully work on the issues and plan things to help you stop gaining weight. Your primary doctor can refer you to the Psychologist.
