I would like information on hypos/low blood sugar?

Are you on insulin?: Hi. I'll proceed assuming you're a diabetic on insulin. Tight control of diabetes (often with insulin, which includes ALL type 1's) is highly advised, but carries with it a real risk of hypoglycemia (lowBG). Frequent BG monitoring (meter or continuous glucose monitor) is essential. If conscious, treat lowBG with oral sugar source; if unconscious, give glucagon shot or call paramedics.
