Spacey: There are many reasons why someone your age is "spacey and internally shaky". If you do not follow up on this with your doctor and a Psychologist you will not get rid of the problems you have. These issues can be controlled!

See Dr.: If this persists, see the Dr. for a good Physical and eval. A blood sugar could be checked right at the visit, viruses can cause this, dehydration, low blood pressure, electrolyte abnormalities, anemia, etc. etc. Best wishes.

Many possibilities!: If you regular frequent small meals and snacks, unlikely to be due to low blood sugar. However, with indefinite symptoms, the cause is not immediately apparent. The right answer depends on a thorough history and physical,and any workup indicated by that. If you are taking any new supplements or over-the-counter meds, stop and then see your doc.
