May take time. : If you mean progress like more energy, it can take 6 weeks since you may feel sore from workouts. Progress as weight loss depends on calories in and calories burned. So eating healthy foods but too many will not see progress. Progress as cholesterol and other blood work may take 12 weeks. Good luck.
