Pro and Con: If you need to work over-time, it is difficult to suggest an alternative. Taking a well balanced diet may help. If your work is not physical, exercise may be useful. Wish you good health! - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. Practice safe sex, if you have sex.

More history needed: A more complete history is needed to begin to offer you the best help with this. Do you have any health conditions? How much sleep are you getting? Are you exercising regularly, do you drink or use drugs? Still the bottom line is it is dangerous not to get adequate rest and sleep. At your age you need 7-9 hrs of sleep a night. Have you had a general medical exam recently & if not get one!
