See below: Moving after a sleep paralysis episode is good, as it indicates the phenomenon is over. But, if you mean you're having disrupted rem sleep due to mov't during it, it's recommended you consult a sleep medicine dr. For evaluation. Mov't during rem sleep can be indicative of a sleep disorder. Try to regularize your sleep times ; consolidate your sleep. Avoid nicotine, caffeine, ; alcohol near bedtime.
