I am concerned by the number of potent and significant medications, and am amazed by your descriptions. First, if you really have a REM sleep disorder, this often indicates eventual Parkinson's or Lewy Body Disease. Second, have no clue as to the rationale for your meds. Cannot help with this here, but suggest more extensive evaluation via HT virtual consult. Do you have a neurologist?

Wow, you're taking a real witches' brew of medications. I'd be concerned that the congregate side effects of all those meds would be worse than whatever it is they're intended to treat, which is not at all clear from your post.
