Nonsense: I have been working out for over 30 year, there is no such thing as feeling the burn. If you work out regularly and are in good physical condition, the only thing you should feel after a good workout is fatigued. Now after training certain body parts, especially my arms, I do get a lactic acid build up and my arms will feel pumped. Forget about the BURN.
