Get the: "clicking" checked out..sounds like a tendon or pinched nerve ..the tendon would be a part of the shouldwer's RTC (Rotator cuff) the nerve in your armpit...Apply Heat and if your symptoms do not resolve REPORT TO YOUR SUPERVISOR (this sounds like it is WORK RELATED..your Supervisor will tell you your next step Hope this is helpful Dr Z
