I am having heavy burning and pain in right kidney area, back and stomach is really burning. if i had a negative ct of the abdomen and pelvic area, blood work and urinalysis was ok should i still be concerned with kidney issues?

Back pain: Very unlikely to be kidney related if all those tests were good. It could be related to back as the pain can be burning and radiate to the front stomach area. You can try using heat packs in the back and see if it helps. Sometimes using prescription muscle relaxers can also help. Also increase hydration.
