1st step is : Talking with a therapist about why you are afraid of getting sick. Have you been sick or has someone close to you been very sick? Then discuss the ways to overcome the fear. Cognitive behavioral therapy is one possible way more insight oriented therapy is another. Let us know how it goes, good luck!
