Panic attack: Medication is helpful and you're already doing that. But it would be very helpful for you to be seeing a therapist as well. Go to google and type in "mindfullness" as well.

Cognitive Therapy: Have you met with a psychologist or therapist about cbt? These are focused discussion about how to deal with a specific isue like this and are very effective in connection with medication in controlling fears and anxiety and even reducing panic attacks. It's normal to fear panic attacks (they are frihtening experiences) especially when they occur like your's do but there is help!
