Encourage you: To tell them what your symptoms are ; how they impact you. If you are a minor ask for them to schedule you to see your physician. If you are an adult communicate what type of support you would like from them. Just be honest.

Talk to them: Tell them how you have been feeling and that you think you need some help. Let them know that you need their support and do not blame them for your anxiety. I am assuming that you are a minor and not in your 30's you can also speak to a school guidance counselor or psychologist. They will help you speak to your parents.
