Behavior ; trazodone: I'm a psychologist but many mds i know give trazodone as a safe sleep med. Tylenol (acetaminophen) pm or advil pm also, but the biggest concern is that the tylenol (acetaminophen) or Ibuprofen is very hard on the liver. Some people use just the antihistamine to help sleep. Also see http://www.Stanford.Edu/~dement/howto.Html for non-medication sleep tips, which may be enough.
