Unlikely: There are medical causes for insomnia which must be first ruled out for proper diagnosis and guidance. See your pcp for evaluation. Bring list of any meds you take (prescribed/OTC/supplements), use of alcohol/drugs/tobacco/caffeine, current stresses. Start a sleep log.
