Therapy/skills: In my practice, people with add look too much to medications for improvement. It makes sense-we all look for the path way of least resistance. However, add is best managed with meds andwith building skills, routines and practices. People with add often mis-judge time and forget things the computer and smart phone has been very helpful i.e. A place for lists, ability to set reminders and alarms.

Evaluation: Were you actually diagnosed with add? If so, go back to the doctor who gave you the diagnosis and explain what is getting worse. If you haven't been diagnosed go in and get an evaluation from a psychiatrist or psychologist. There is help for you, it's important that you are seen in order for you to get the proper help. Best wishes and good luck.

Examine your life: People perform their best when well rested, well fed, healthy and in a reduced stress setting. If you can look to any one of these parameters & know you haven't got them in good shape, it's time to work on them.Better sleep, proper nutrition, a good checkup & some form of stress relief may get you back on track.During your checkup you can discuss any other needs you have, but this is a start
