BEST?: Anxiety, which you seem to implicate in your life, works in a myriad of ways: it can make you stop eating, it can make you over eat and with the wrong foods. I think lots of fluid intake, smaller more frequent healthier meals throughout the day. Keep comfort carbo loaded food packed away and not on hand. Look for ways for treatment of anxiety with a mental health professional. Good luck!

To change any behavior, simply measuring or keeping track of it can make a huge difference. You might wish to experiment with tracking what you eat on one of the many free websites available such as My Plate on Livestrong (http://bit.ly/7oyqdE) or FitDay (fitday.com). You also might want to take a look at some of the "mindful eating" tools on psychologist Susan Albers' website (http://bit.ly/Tq9WPy).
