See doc.: Probably not related to service in Iraq, but a cough like this needs explanation. Consider chest X ray, pulmonary function testing to evaluate for asthma, infection and tumors. This could also represent sins disease , allergy or even acid reflux. You will need a doc's help to get to the bottom of this.
