Fibromyalgia s: there will be flare ups due to change of weather, but , more likely increased stress in your life.The signs of stress /depression are insomnia, fatigue, irritable, physical symptoms(fibromyalgia). Short term acute care would be prednisone -Medrol pack. The main treatment for FMS is usually the SSRI's-Lexapro, Cymbalta (duloxetine) , Zoloft, etc. Lyrica is medicine that can somewhat help symptoms,not the cause
