Neurosurgeon: This has the hallmarks of a space occupying mass within the brain. I highly recommend an evaluation by a neurosurgeon.

This is clearly a brain tumor and needs urgent decompression and debulking. The description suggests a potential primary brain glioma, but a direct biopsy ASAP will be needed for appropriate management. A neurosurgeon and an oncologist should be involved.
