Paleo ; Cardio: Look into the paleolithic, or "paleo" dietary lifestyle. It is a very clean, nutritious, low inflammatory, low glycemic approach which may significantly help many of the metabolic issues related to pcos. Cardiovascular exercise is also beneficial for similar reasons. I favor the "sprint 8" method (google it) as it is fast, efficient and effective. Hope this helps!

Low glycemic: Pcos is associated with high Insulin levels; estrogen dominance. To decrease insulin, eat low glycemic diet. To keep estrogen from worsening, you need to consider decreasing dairy since it comes from pregnant cows with thousands of times more estrogen than humans and eat organic meats when possible exercise helps get your resting metabolism rate checked to understand your calories needed 4 u.
