Diet in PCOS ?: PCOS patients often have difficulty with weight control. Unless pregnant, attempt an "Adkins" type diet, with mostly protein and very minimal carbohydrates. Add exercise gradually and increase the time/distance if walking or jogging to the point of being out of breath, and the tolerance for such will increase slowly and build muscle, which burns more calories.
