Ovarian cysts: Almost no parts of the body are perfectly symmetrical. Breasts, hands, feet, etc. are usually different sizes. The volumes you describe are within normal limits. Ovarian cysts are common, and small ones are not usually dangerous or painful. Your healthcare provider should be consulted to determine what may be necessary if other symptoms are present.
