Get help for this: Ptsd can be very limiting in your life, yet help is available. Psychiatrists, psychologists, and other therapists have ways of working with you. Sometimes medications help with certain symptoms. Psychotherapy (both individual and group) can be extremely helpful and freeing. Emdr and cognitive processing therapy can assist you in moving through what has happened, and getting to the other side.

Seek Help: Certainly it would be best if you could reach out to a local mental health provider such as a psychotherapist or counselor to get some personal assistance. Another excellent resource is the book, the trauma tool kit, healing ptsd from the inside out. http://www.suepeasebanitt.com/book/ this book will help you understand your situation and offer resources and ideas of how to heal.
