Not likely.: These issues you mention have nothing to do with ptsd as far as i know.

PTSD: I agree w dr. Harper. Although peripheral neuropathy and fibromyalgia can co-occur with ptsd, i don't know of a causal link. However, significant ptsd symptoms can exacerbate fibromyalgia.
