Would a brain MRI without contrast show a tumor? Recently had MRI (says whole brain and IAC) for dizziness and ear pressure and results said everything is fine. Worried a tumor was missed elsewhere in brain?
34F. I've had intermittent pressure in left forehead/ temple area for 1 month now. Ear sometimes clogged, temple feels tense, sometimes viselike grip forehead. No pain. ENT/ dental scans clear. MRI Mon. What else can it be than a brain tumor? Anxious?
