Had mri of iac without contrast could this pick up a brain tumour or does it just look at inner ear? scan results were clear? still have symptoms.

Certain tumors: The MRI that you had only looks at a specific region in your head. It's usually done to look for specific tumors, like a vestibular schwannoma (tumor on the nerve of balance), so it won't pick up tumors that are not in the imaged area.
