Temp of water: The temperature of the water you are drinking does not need to be luke warm. Drinking room temp or refrigerated water, which has no calories, would be fine as part of your program.

In theoey ice water: Is better. Your body will use more calories to warm up the ice water to body temperature. Luke warm water should not be at all bad. Good luck. Exercise to feel better.
